Welcome to MH Consulting's Moodle Demonstration Site.
This site was put together to show what Moodle is and what it can do. Moodle is a course management system (CMS) similar to Blackboard. I have added two courses in this demonstration site to show you the power of Moodle. For a quick rundown on installing, navigateing, and useing Moodle please visit my Moodle Info Page.
Why Moodle? Well Moodle is open source meaning everyone can use it customize it, and improve it for free. Another great thing about Moodle is that there is an ever growing database of free courses, question banks, glossaries, etc. available for you to use. You can use a whole course that someone has already created or simply incorporate part of it into your course. Moodle has free online support through moodle.org or you can hire a Moodle Partner at moodle.com to help you out.

Test Drive Moodle in an Ubuntu Server
If you would like to test drive Moodle on your network I have created a virtual machine with Ubuntu Server and Moodle installed. All you have to do is download the Ubuntu Server with Moodle Virtual Machine below and run the virtual machine on your network. Then open a web browser and navigate to the IP address of the virtual machine. The machine is set up to use your DHCP server to receive an IP address but it is often better to set a static IP address if you know how. If you have questions feel free to ask.
